Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Hybrid IT Sales Manager to drive sales and
business development in hybrid IT solutions, including cloud, on-premises, and integrated
infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep
understanding of hybrid cloud solutions, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding
sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies for hybrid IT solutions, including cloud services,
data centre, and network infrastructure.
Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs and proposingsuitable IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and deliver customizedsolutions.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives within defined timelines.Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in hybrid IT and cloudtechnologies.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.5-15 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on hybrid cloud and infrastructuresolutions.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Experience in selling IT infrastructure, data centre solutions, and managed services.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Understanding of IT security, networking, and virtualization technologies.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
