About The Role :
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced HR professional to join our team and independently manage both Recruitment and HR operations . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural multitasker, and values building and nurturing a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment independently – from job posting to onboarding.
- Expert in using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Onboard and coordinate with external recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Own the entire hiring funnel , ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
HR Operations
Manage Employees' Joining Formalities, Payroll Process , Exit Formalities , Background Checks and Verifications, Issue Appointment & Confirmation letter and attendance and regularization processes.Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new employees' joining formalities.Maintain and regularly update master database of each employee.Maintain and update HR records and systems.Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.Proactively drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and work towards effective resolutions.Support compliance and internal policies as needed.What We Are Looking For :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
