Designation - Junior Product Manager

Looking for Mumbai Based Candidates.

Responsibilities :

Be the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features that meet business needs and opportunities.

Closely coordinate with internal engineering teams and client product teams.

Create and manage release plans for product updates and new releases.

Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.

Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.

Be open to understanding technical architecture and workflows.

Understand the product flow conveyed by the client and ensure accurate communication to the engineering team.

Ensure that all changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where needed.

Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of

Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets

Proficiency in

Figma

and

JIRA

Proven experience in drafting

Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail.

Candidates from the FinTech domain are preferred
