Job Description :

Manage the recovery of Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and written-off cases related to Loan Against Property (LAP).

Lead and motivate the collections team to achieve resolution and recovery targets.

Coordinate with the legal team for recovery actions under the SARFAESI Act and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Negotiate settlements with borrowers to maximise recovery.

Profile Specifications :

Proven track record in handling NPA collections, particularly in LAP.

In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, Section 138, and other relevant recovery laws.

Strong negotiation skills with hands-on experience in field recovery.

Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with legal and other departments.
