Position Overview :
Job Title : Head – Talent Acquisition (TA Head)
Education : Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience : 12 to 16 years in end-to-end recruitment
Location : Bangalore
Must Have :
- Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in field sales and field operations within the Gold Loan / secured lending / BFSI industry (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high volumes of hires within tight timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduation degree or higher
- Experience in handling and mentoring a recruitment team
Job Responsibilities :
Volume Recruitment Leadership
Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process for field & branch rolesDevelop and implement sourcing strategies (campus, referrals, agencies, digital outreach) to attract a high volume of qualified candidatesWork with business and operations heads to understand branch & field hiring priorities and timelinesTeam Management
Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targetsProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback to elevate the team’s recruiting skillsPromote a collaborative, high‑energy, target‑driven team cultureProcess Optimization
Continuously review recruitment workflows and SLAs for better efficiencyIntroduce best practices in volume hiring to streamline screening, assessment, and selectionLeverage recruitment tools, automation, and metrics to enhance productivityStakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, regional heads, and business stakeholdersEnsure alignment on hiring requirements, candidate profiles, and selection standardsReport hiring status, challenges, and risk mitigation plans to leadershipQuality of Hire
Maintain standards and controls to ensure quality in high-volume hiringDefine and monitor KPI metrics (e.g., offer-to-join ratio, early attrition, cost per hire)Work with HR, operations, and training functions to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce drop-offsSkills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline12 to 16 years of experience in recruitment, with significant focus on volume hiring (branch / field / sales / operations roles)Proven leadership experience managing a team of recruitersStrong communication (oral & written), negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset; skilled at tracking, analyzing, and making decisions using recruitment metricsExperience with ATS / recruitment tools / sourcing platformsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities
