Role Overview
Marketing Ninja role reports to Director – Retail & Brand Development. The mission is to build strong Tea retail presence across Assam's key tourist destinations, ensuring every second traveler experiences authentic tea before leaving Assam.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead expansion of brand across Assam's airports, railway stations, tourist towns, hotels, and cultural hubs
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, experience counters, and flagship stores
- Create and execute brand campaigns celebrating 'Assam's Tea Legacy'
- Design collaborations with Assam Tourism and curate immersive chai experiences
- Build consistent digital and offline visibility through engaging content and events
- Be the voice and face of brand — engage, listen, and connect with customers
- Launch loyalty programs and experiential chai sessions
- Define and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive performance, profitability, and marketing ROI across all outlets
- Build and lead a passionate team of retail storytellers and chai ambassadors
Requirements
