Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Guwahati. The role involves creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and engaging with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities also include developing relationships with stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's real estate services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop insights and strategies.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
