Job description25,000 – 35,000 (Based on experience) Morning Rotational Shifts 25 – 35 Years Key Requirements Experience : Minimum handling of 20 Executives in a QA role. Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis. Good English communication (written & verbal). Experience in Motor Insurance is highly preferred. Only BPO Sales Process experience will be considered (other fields will not be shortlisted). Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate calls for quality and compliance. Provide feedback and coaching to executives to improve performance. Maintain QA reports and ensure process adherence. Work closely with team leaders and management to meet quality goals.
