A Day in the Life : Position Summary :

Within the Sales Excellence & Enablement team, the incumbent will be responsible for creating MIS and dashboards to support decision-making activities, collaborating on and driving transformation initiatives, and supporting the design and implementation of annual targets and sales incentive processes.
The role also involves providing insights into the customer base, identifying, planning, and executing key initiatives for customer outreach, and conducting advanced ad-hoc analytics to inform business decisions.
The incumbent will work closely with India leadership and various stakeholders across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Operations COEs.
This highly visible and rewarding position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to lead key Sales Operations initiatives.

May have practical knowledge of project - Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, and an MBA from a top-tier institution is essential.
