Job descriptionLead academic vision, planning, and execution across programs and departments. Ensure curriculum quality, innovation, and alignment with industry and global standards. Mentor faculty members for academic growth, research productivity, and pedagogical enhancement. Drive recruitment, evaluation, and development initiatives for academic staff. Strengthen the research ecosystem within the faculty. Promote funded research projects, high-quality publications, patents, and collaborations. Foster innovation-driven initiatives and partnerships. Lead accreditation processes (national and international), rankings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to academic standards, regulatory norms, and quality benchmarks. Build partnerships with industry, research organizations, and global academic institutions. Promote internships, experiential learning, exchange programs, and joint research ventures. Ph.D. in a relevant discipline. Extensive academic and administrative leadership experience at reputed higher education institutions at the level of Professor Proven track record of research contributions , publications, and academic excellence. Demonstrated experience in institutional development , policy formulation, and strategic initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
