Operation Executive (Logistics Operations, SWM)

About The Role

TheOperations Executive will manage end-to-end field and SWM operations, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between manpower, fleet, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide multiple site teams to ensure SOP adherence.
• Manage route planning, fleet scheduling, and manpower productivity.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and authorities for timely execution.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
• Mentor field teams for continuous performance improvement.
