Job descriptionIdentify and resolve bottlenecks in production and supply chain processes. Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques. Monitor machine utilization and manpower productivity. Suggest cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements. Supervise production and support staff to ensure discipline and efficiency. Plan shift rotations and leave schedules without affecting productivity. Conduct daily briefings to align team on targets and priorities. Work with the purchase and store teams for timely availability of raw materials. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and consumption. Ensure minimal wastage and proper material handling. Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes and equipment. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on production, manpower, and output. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking software
Job Purpose :
To ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations in the manufacturing unit by coordinating between departments, optimizing production flow, maintaining quality standards, and managing workforce performance to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities :

- Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on order requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and store departments to ensure material availability.
- Track production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records of output, wastage, and downtime.

Qualifications & Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Operations, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in operations .
