Job Overview : The role is responsible for implementation and management of corporate grants across varied stakeholders. The outstanding grants manager will re-enforce relationships with donors, ensure that grant programs operate efficiently, and streamline grant administration. Job
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop annual implementation plans and actively undertake field-based monitoring of projects on a regular basis
- Work collaboratively with the project implementation teams
- Collect data from the field and prepare reports / presentation decks and as per templates
- Ensure corporate partners are aware of the impact of their community investments through field visits and other document reporting means.
- Develop proposals for ongoing partnerships, enhance the existing scale of impact through insights and impactful programme design
- Responsible for project utilisation within the scheduled project timelines
- Design proposals and work in teams for problem-solving
- Manage deadlines and documentation of each project assigned
- Track project milestones and utilisation.
Profile Requisites :
Minimum experience of 3-5 years.Graduates, preferably from social sciences background, demonstrable experience in programme implementation, monitoring and evaluationPassionate about programme implementationProficient in spoken and written EnglishProficient in basic computer skills- MS word and Excel operations and presentationsGood in interpersonal communication and organizing field-based programmeAbility to meet deadlines and work in teams collaborativeWilling to work from office as well as actively travel for field visitsRemuneration : Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is INR 6 - 11 LPA
