The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for stakeholder management, sourcing candidates through advanced channels, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices—especially within GTM and Technology functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps) teams.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, talent communities, and industry-specific platforms.
- Use advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, communities, etc.) to identify passive talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Conduct reference checks as required.
- Manage offer processes—including extending offers, negotiating terms, and closing candidates effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing innovations, and best practices in recruiting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4–7 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within the software product or SaaS industry.Proven experience hiring for both GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) and Technology roles (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps).Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using X-ray search, Boolean strings, and social media recruiting .Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employment laws.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools (e.G., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, CRM tools).Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
