What You’ll Do

Own and execute the

product growth roadmap

for 33Careers.com — focusing on

user acquisition, retention, and engagement .

Identify and implement

growth strategies

that drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversions.

Collaborate with

engineering, design, marketing, and data teams

to deliver impactful product updates and new features.

Analyze

user behavior, conversion funnels, SEO data, and performance metrics

to uncover insights and improve outcomes.

Plan and execute

A / B tests, feature launches, and UX improvements

based on research and analytics.

Drive the development of features that help

candidates find jobs faster

and

companies hire smarter .

Partner with marketing to create

data-backed growth campaigns

that align with product goals.

Track, report, and optimize

KPIs

such as user sign-ups, activation rate, job postings, and premium conversions.

What You’ll Bring

3–6 years of experience in

Product Management , ideally in

IT recruitment, job portals, or HR tech .

Proven experience scaling website traffic and user growth.

Strong knowledge of

Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools .

Expertise in

UX optimization, A / B testing, SEO , and

conversion rate improvement .

Strong analytical mindset — you can translate data into meaningful action.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Familiarity with

Agile / Scrum

workflows.

Bonus : Experience working with

AI-driven features or B2B SaaS products .
