(Corporate Event) Project Director

Monitor and report on project(s) progress to client / stakeholders - Ensure project / programs are driven through industry standard project and business metrics - Manage team and client issues / escalations / impediments to effective closures.

• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs - Contribute to continuous improvement - Ensure process / product quality parameters compliance - People, Client and Stakeholder management - Ensure the team is thoroughly trained on application / technology - Operational Excellence - Manage P / L for the portfolio - Manage HR / HR Ops Metrics for the portfolio (Bench, Attrition, Billable Utilization) - Maintain project margins and profitability, ensuring zero revenue leakage - Technology Leadership - Hands on experience in managing technical projects involving .Net, Java, Cloud modernization, DevOps, application / legacy Modernization, LCNC solution, Data modernization - Good to have experience in building and delivering Industry AI solutions in BFSI, Logistics domain - Act as a mentor for technical solutions as and when required - Contribute to Design, Code reviews and architectural decisions within the project(s) - Implement POCs as part of the value addition to the customer or business development - Implement accelerators to differentiate service offerings - Business Development - Support in presales - Build & track proactive proposals - Gen AI adoption within SDLC : - Drive AI adoption within SDLC across all projects and show impact to revenue / margin - Hands on experience implementing using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit etc.
