Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales and Growth, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Market Research
  • Skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service
  • Project Management and Business Development skills
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales management role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
