We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bidding Expert / Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bidding on lead generation platforms and business development within the IT software development industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bidding & Proposal Management :
- Manage and execute end-to-end bidding processes across multiple online lead-generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
- Prepare and submit proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create precise and competitive quotes for potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead Generation & Conversion :
- Identify and approach potential leads via various channels (social media, direct outreach, lead generation platforms).
- Engage with leads to understand their requirements and effectively communicate our services.
- Convert leads into sales by nurturing relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Follow up on all inquiries to ensure maximum conversion.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration :
- Lead and manage a team of bidding experts and business development executives.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor team progress to meet departmental goals.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior team members to help them grow within the organization.
- Work closely with the technical, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
- Manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Skills
Experience : 3-4 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on bidding and lead generation platforms.Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the IT services industry, including software development, web and mobile app development, and other related services. Experience with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, and European markets.Team Leadership : Experience in leading a team, with excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.Negotiation Skills : Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals effectively.Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru , and other similar platforms.CRM Software Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot , or similar to track leads and interactions.If you or someone you know is ready to join a results-driven team, drop us a message or send your profile at [HIDDEN TEXT].
