Financial Operations Specialist

Experience : Minimum 2 years

About the Role :

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations across our structural glazing and real estate business verticals. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, taxation, project costing, and financial reporting. Candidate should be capable of maintaining inventory management either in excel or Tally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and financial entries
• Prepare and finalize balance sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reports
• Manage project-wise costing and vendor payments
• Process payroll, check monthly TDS, PF, PT, ESIC & GST summary, prepare relevant data, respond to queries and rectify defaults.
• Review GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, handle GST department notices, provide clarifications and

required documentation to authorities, and coordinate with consultants.
