Admissions Officer
to join our premier pilot training institute. This role focuses on student consultation, admissions management, and supporting business development initiatives through effective student recruitment and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in university / educational institution operations and a passion for helping aspiring pilots achieve their aviation dreams.
Key Responsibilities
Student Consultation & Admissions Management
Prospect Consultation : Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective students and their families regarding pilot training programs (PPL, CPL, ATPL, type ratings)
Program Advisory : Provide detailed guidance on course selection, career pathways, international training opportunities, and regulatory requirements
Application Processing : Manage end-to-end admissions process including documentation review, eligibility assessment, and enrollment coordination
Student Onboarding : Facilitate smooth transition for new students including orientation, program introduction, and initial support services
Academic Counseling : Provide ongoing support for student queries regarding curriculum, certifications, and career progression
Business Development Support
Lead Qualification : Identify and nurture qualified prospects through effective consultation and follow-up processes
Conversion Optimization : Implement strategies to improve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates through personalized student engagement
Market Intelligence : Gather insights on student preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies
Referral Programs : Develop and maintain relationships that generate student referrals from alumni, partners, and industry contacts
Technology & Communication Management
CRM Administration : Maintain comprehensive student and prospect databases using CRM systems for tracking interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
WhatsApp Business Management : Utilize WhatsApp Business tools for immediate student communication, query resolution, and engagement campaigns
Email Communication : Manage targeted email campaigns for nurturing leads, providing student updates, and sharing program information
Digital Engagement : Maintain professional and timely responses across all communication channels
Relationship Management
Student Experience : Ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the admissions journey and beyond
Family Engagement : Build trust and confidence with parents and guardians through transparent communication and expert guidance
Alumni Relations : Maintain connections with graduates for testimonials, success stories, and referral opportunities
Internal Coordination : Work closely with faculty, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless student experience
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
Minimum : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field
Preferred : Master's degree in relevant discipline
Specialized Knowledge : Understanding of aviation industry, pilot licensing requirements, and DGCA standards (preferred but not mandatory)
Professional Experience
Minimum 3-5 years
of experience in university admissions, student services, or educational consulting
Proven track record
in student recruitment, enrollment management, and retention programs
Experience
with student counseling, career guidance, and educational pathway planning
Familiarity
with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and database management
Technical Skills
