Job Description : Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Lambda
- Experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SVC)
- Solution architecture experience for AWS-based voice / contact center solutions
- Ability to work with business analysts and developers to design scalable solutions
- Jira backlog ownership and technical leadership experience preferred
