Training Strategy & Delivery
- Design and implement comprehensive domain-specific training programs to enhance team capability and support process excellence.
- Customize training content using a variety of formats, including manuals, simulations, role-plays, and e-learning modules.
Domain Expertise
Leverage deep knowledge of the US Residential Mortgage Underwriting domain across the originations value chain to drive relevant training solutions.Needs Assessment & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with process and training leaders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans.Integrate industry best practices into learning programs to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.Evaluation & Reporting
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.Provide detailed MIS reports and insights to stakeholders and senior management.Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between training and business objectives.Liaise with external vendors to incorporate specialized domain expertise as needed.Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in project and training management.Strong expertise in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting and related processes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent MIS reporting and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to create, deliver, and evaluate successful training programs.Familiarity with traditional and modern training methodologies (e.g., mentoring, coaching, classroom training, e-learning, simulations) is an advantage.Skills Required
