Role Overview

We are looking for a Campus Manager (Operations) to be based at one of our collaboration colleges in Hyderabad. This role will serve as the key link between Intellipaat , college authorities , and students , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and seamless academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the college administration, faculty, students, and Intellipaat .
• Oversee day-to-day campus operations to ensure academic and administrative efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor attendance records for both students and faculty
• Assist in implementing and managing timetables, schedules, and academic calendars .
• Provide on-ground support for student queries, escalations, and feedback.
• Coordinate with Intellipaat’s internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
• Prepare and share weekly / monthly reports on attendance, class schedules, and operational updates.
• Ensure adherence to academic guidelines, college policies, and program requirements.
• Support in organising workshops, seminars, and placement-related activities on campus.
