COO – Retail Operations & Growth

with

15+ years of experience

in leading

Pan-India retail operations

This leadership role is focused on

driving store operations, increasing customer footfall, improving conversion rates, and delivering strong sales & revenue growth

across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

Pan-India retail store operations

and ensure smooth execution across all locations.

Drive

customer footfall and conversions

through strategic ATL / BTL initiatives and local activations.

Achieve

sales, revenue, and profitability targets

across stores and regions.

Enhance

customer experience and service excellence

consistently across stores.

Plan and execute

retail expansion strategy

including new stores, SIS, and franchise formats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, merchandising, marketing) for operational efficiency.

Develop and track

KPIs

for sales, store productivity, and profitability.

Build, mentor, and lead

regional and store leadership teams

to deliver operational excellence.

Partner with MD in shaping

national growth strategy

for retail operations.

Who We’re Looking For

15+ years of leadership in

retail operations and multi-store management

Proven experience in

driving footfall, conversion, and revenue growth

Strong background in

scaling retail businesses

across multiple regions.

Strategic thinker with strong

execution and operational excellence

skills.

Experience in

luxury retail, lifestyle, jewelry, or large-format retail operations

preferred.
