Role Overview :

This is a remote position, but will require you to occasional travel to Bengaluru, and visit potential customers.

We're looking for a driven sales leader who has experience of building and scaling global inbound sales teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience in building both inbound and outbound sales motions in the cybersecurity / dev tools industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that includes inbound and outbound efforts, set quotas, and manage the sales team.
• Managing the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting and effective lead flow.
• Building an outbound sales motion from the ground up to generate new leads.
• Owning and increasing MQL conversion rates.
• Evaluate and implement sales tools to enhance efficiency of sales processes.
• Managing monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas of SDRs & AEs.
• Segregating MQLs in MOFU, TOFU and BOFU, and building strategy to convert each segment.
• Hiring SDRs, AEs and training them to build a high performing sales team.
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance against targets, providing coaching and feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Be hands-on, and own your personal quota too.
• Working closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure world-class customer experience post sales.
• Travelling to meet high value potential customers and for events will be required.
