We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In this role, you will :

Actively contribute in design workshop, code reviews, scrum of scrum meetings and troubleshooting technical issues.

Join Scrum Meetings, Daily Stand Up Calls, Retrospective etc. Understand and timely escalate risks / issues to release manager / technical product owner.

Look for automation opportunities and automate tasks through tools and scripts

Mentor or guide developers and analysts, manage and allocate work as necessary.

Ensure implementation of continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product / Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :

• In-depth knowledge on database Oracle / NoSQL / PLSQL, extensive experience on writing efficient SQL Scripts and SQL optimization.

In-depth knowledge on Tableau tool.

Experience in effort estimation, leading a POD with Agile methodologies is mandatory.

Must familiar with using tools – GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins.

Candidate should have strong knowledge on cloud computing technologies, especially on GCP (BigQuery).

Must have good communication skills (both speaking and writing) in English and problem solving skills, can-do attitude.

Have thorough understanding of SDLC processes (AGILE, DevOps) and follow coding standards during the development.

Experience of working with diverse Business and IT teams.
