Spherule Foundation, an NGO working across all Sustainable Development Goals , is launching a new initiative in Moga, Punjab – a Dog Help Center & Hospital Care Project . This project focuses on stray dog welfare, community education, and public health safety.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and manage this project.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the veterinary center.
- Monitor and organize stray dog surgery programs.
- Coordinate with veterinary doctors, assistants, and dog catchers.
2. Community Education & Outreach
Develop and lead public awareness campaigns on responsible dog ownership.Partner with schools to educate children on dog bite prevention and compassion for animals.Organize workshops and outreach programs for the community.3. Logistics & Vehicle Management
Manage transport, vehicles, and logistics for dog-catching and surgery operations.Ensure effective scheduling and maintenance.4. Administration & Liaison
Liaise with local authorities and district administration for permits and compliance.Support documentation, reporting, and government coordination.5. School & Children's Education Management
Develop curriculum and activities for school-based animal welfare education.Organize interactive sessions and awareness programs.Additional Roles
Collaborate on training programs for staff and volunteers.Support fundraising and grant applications as the project grows.Engage community volunteers to strengthen outreach and reduce staffing costs.Who We're Looking For
MBA / Master's degree preferred (Operations, Management, Social Work, or related fields).Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.Passionate about animal welfare and community service.Prior experience in NGO, healthcare, or operations management will be an added advantage.Why Join Us
