Senior Plant IT Systems Manager

Plant IT Head Position

This role focuses on overseeing and managing the overall IT infrastructure, applications, and systems within a manufacturing plant setting.

The successful candidate will have experience in heading IT systems in a medium to large-scale formulations or API manufacturing facility.

• Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure & systems to support various internal functions like production, engineering, quality control, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee server management, ensuring optimal performance for reliable operations.
• Manage active and passive networking components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and cable systems.

The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and their importance on product quality & safety. Furthermore, they should be familiar with industry regulations and standards, particularly those relevant to GxP standards.

A strong understanding of information security measures, including cyber security protocols and privacy security standards, is essential. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage technical issues related to IT systems is also crucial.

Educational qualifications include a B. Tech / B. E / B.Sc. / BCA or above from a reputable institute, along with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
