Job descriptionPost job openings, manage candidate databases, and track applications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date records of shortlisted, selected, and joining candidates. Manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Graduate in any discipline. Available for a minimum of 6 months . Minimum 6 months of relevant TA experience (sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior roles). Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and ability to deliver compelling pitches to candidates. Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets . Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision .
