Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen profiles across platforms;
conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Post job openings, manage candidate databases, and track applications.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date records of shortlisted, selected, and joining candidates.Manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.Available for a minimum of 6 months .Minimum 6 months of relevant TA experience (sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior roles).Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and ability to deliver compelling pitches to candidates.Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets .Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision .If you’re ready to dive into the world of hiring and grow with a team that’s shaping the Ad-Tech industry, we’d love to hear from you!
