Affiliate Manager – India Region

Location : Remote / Gurgaon / Bangalore

Auktas is a fast-growing global ad-tech and performance marketing company helping brands scale through powerful data-driven user acquisition and affiliate partnerships.

We’re seeking an  Affiliate Manager for the India region  to help us deliver and scale  domestic campaigns  across various verticals, including fintech, utilities, and e-commerce .

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, publishers, and networks in India.
  • Launch and optimize CPI, CPR, and CPA campaigns for top advertisers.
  • Analyze data and ensure delivery in accordance with client KPIs.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to align offers, pricing, and creatives.
  • Ensure compliance, traffic quality, and smooth campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing .
  • Strong grasp of campaign models – CPI, CPR, CPA .
  • Prior experience managing Indian traffic and publishers (Fintech a plus).
  • Familiarity with affiliate tools (Trackier, Affise, Offer18, etc.).
  • Good Understanding of MMP (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust & Singular)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
