What you will do :
Drive overall revenue generation and P&L management for the Kolkata region.
Lead mentor and scale a high-performance sales team in the East market.
Develop and execute sales strategies for Agency & Direct Brand sales with strong focus on Programmatic In-App and Strategic Alliances.
Build and nurture relationships with agencies brands and key decision-makers in the East India market.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by closely monitoring KPIs and ensuring business objectives are met.
Partner with cross-functional teams (AdOps Product Client Servicing) for seamless campaign delivery and client success.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from the Kolkata / East region to management.
Manage forecasting pipeline development and reporting on sales performance.
Represent the company at regional industry forums digital marketing events and trade conferences.
Requirements
1012 years of experience in Agency & Digital Media Sales preferably in East India.
Strong understanding of Programmatic and In-App advertising ecosystems.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing teams.
Established network of agencies and brands in the Kolkata / East region.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable in a high-growth fast-paced environment.

Required Skills :
Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience : 3-7 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with specific industry and its market dynamics trends and challenges. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills : Ability to gather analyze and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise : Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho to track leads deals and progress. Self-Starter : Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
