You'll be expected to help onboard new driver-partners, provide exceptional support, and quickly adapt to an ever-growing business. You have retail or customer service experience and are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with partners. You have a passion for helping and empowering others and are good at quickly and efficiently troubleshooting problems. And if you don't know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask. You are personable, highly organized, and a patient teacher. You are self-motivated and a great team player. This is a temporary, contract role with the potential for extension. WHAT YOU'LL DO : Deliver 5-star, in-person support for our partners. Walk new drivers through onboarding and all the tools to be successful drivers. Resolve driver issues and questions. Stay on top of processes and tools. Work with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures.

Experience : Fresher or upto 1yrs exp in any tele-calling or customer support
Qualification- Minimum Graduate and above
Eligibility Criteria-
Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
We need people with strong problem-solving skills, who don't shy away from in-person interactions.
A person should be flexible to do work from the office.

Strong understanding of end to end cycle of Accounts Receivables (Collections, Cash Applications, Billing ) Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs Handle quality control and audits Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy
