Head of Admissions MBA / PGDM Specialist

Head – Admissions (MBA / PGDM) | Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Admissions to lead and drive admissions for our MBA & PGDM programs at Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate will come exclusively from the education industry , with a proven track record in managing end-to-end admissions, building consultant networks, and achieving enrollment targets in management programs.

Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and execute annual admission drives for MBA / PGDM programs.

Develop and strengthen consultant, corporate, and institutional partnerships for quality admissions.

Lead and mentor the admissions team to achieve defined targets.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to effectively handle digital leads and ensure conversion into confirmed admissions .

Conduct market analysis to identify new regions and segments for student outreach.

Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and industry interactions.

Ensure a seamless, transparent, and student-focused admission process.

Candidate Profile Must be from the education industry (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience in MBA / PGDM admissions.

Strong experience in digital lead management and conversions .

Established network of education consultants and institutional partners.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Strategic, result-oriented, and highly organized professional.
