We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admissions Head for South India to lead the entire admission process and expand our student base through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the entire admissions process for the Degree Programs (UG and PG) ensuring enrollment targets are met.
  • Plan and execute offline and online lead generation strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners (counselors, coaching institutes, education consultants, etc.).
  • Strategize, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email marketing, etc.).
  • Analyze and optimize the admission funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Maintain accurate admission records, reports, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines for the admissions process.
  • Plan and organize admission events, open houses, workshops, and counseling sessions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong network in schools for Outreach Programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in admissions, education sales, or education marketing roles (preferably in higher education or EdTech).
  • Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • A strong network in the education channel partner ecosystem is a plus.
