Job Responsibilities
Solve business problems & develop analytical solutions :
Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions for business challenges. Design and develop state-of-the-art, data-driven analyses using statistical and advanced analytics methodologies. Build models and visualizations, derive insights, form hypotheses, and perform data analysis to gain empirical insights and validate assumptions. Identify potential obstacles and propose alternative, innovative solutions.
Project management :
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles independently - including brainstorming, scoping, planning, delivery, and transition. Ensure a regular cadence of client updates and meetings, effective stakeholder management, and timely risk or failure analysis. Track execution and success metrics efficiently. Work closely with multiple business stakeholders, maintain proper documentation, articulate project requirements, communicate outcomes in business context, and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve project delivery.
Client relationship management :
Build deep client relationships and act as a trusted thought partner. Anticipate business problems and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Sales support & account growth :
Actively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts in collaboration with senior engagement managers. Support the sales team for RFPs and client pitches. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and Points of View (PoVs) for new business challenges.
Team management :
Lead and manage large teams, upskill team members, and mentor them for career progression.
