Workfall is a new age premium-talent tech platform. We are looking to hire a Quality Engineering Lead who can help us with the design, development, and implementation of our digital products and services.

The Quality Engineering Lead is accountable for test strategy, resource planning, and the delivery of quality assurance across projects and client engagements. As both a hands-on practitioner and team leader, the QE Lead shapes quality engineering standards, manages and mentors testers, and works with clients and internal teams to ensure QA activities are embedded across the software development lifecycle. This role bridges technical leadership with people management and contributes to building the Company's QE capability.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

Test Strategy and Oversight :

• Define and own the test strategy across multiple client engagements and technology stacks, aligning with delivery architecture and business goals.
• Set quality standards, templates, and best practices across test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery managers to assess risk and ensure test strategies support delivery timelines and functional integrity.
