What is the role all about?

Position Summary :

The Project Assistant is responsible for administrative coordination, documentation management, report collection, and communication with stakeholders as required.

Duration of this Internship - 1 year

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the implementation of project activities
• Coordinate and manage project tasks
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members
• Help with invoicing
• Organize logistics for meetings, presentations, and training sessions
• Support project leads
• Supporting Multiple Asian Markets
