We are looking for a highly driven Operations Associate to join our fast-growing startup and play a key role in streamlining business processes, managing warehouse operations, and supporting day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured in problem solving, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about building scalable operational systems in a dynamic work environment.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, efficient supply chain functioning, accurate inventory control, and seamless internal coordination. You will work closely with operations leadership, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, dispatch planning, and return processing.
- Maintain accurate and real-time inventory tracking across warehouse and system records.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and optimize freight and distribution efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliation to minimize losses, shrinkage, and stock discrepancies.
Operational Execution & Business Processes
Assist in building and optimizing SOPs for various operational workflows across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, supporting business continuity during high-volume or peak periods.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and customer support to resolve operational issues and enhance end-user experience.Data Management & Reporting
Prepare and maintain dashboards and operational reports using MS-Excel / Google Sheets for performance tracking and business insights.Perform data analysis to enable informed decision-making and process enhancement.Create documentation for processes, trackers, logs, and audit records.Startup Ownership & Problem Solving
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability toward achieving operational goals.Work with agility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapidly evolving priorities and business demands.Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using data-backed thinking.Requirements & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Warehouse Management, preferably in a startup or fast-scaling company .Strong hands-on experience with MS-Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, MIS reporting).Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics workflows, and vendor coordination.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to multi-task, solve problems independently, and work under minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and process-first mindset.Willingness to work on-ground at warehouse locations when needed.
