About the Role :

The Senior Associate – Operations Excellence will play a key role in strengthening and scaling Doodhvale Farms’ operational processes across cities. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or last-mile delivery and is data-driven, detail-oriented, passionate about solving on-ground operational challenges . The individual will work closely with leadership, ground teams, delivery partners, warehouse teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, efficiency, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Performance & Process Excellence

• Monitor and improve daily operations across delivery, warehouse, and supply chain workflows.
• Identify process gaps and drive SOP implementation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives for recurring operational issues using data-driven insights.
