SAS Engineer- EMEA

Major Accountabilities :

• Analyzing 2D CAD material reports (Assembly file) and identifying the need of new Sub-Assembly
• part number and design.
• Developing the Sub-Assembly
• technical drawings with external supplier and cross functional teams as DRE, 2D, SCM and Manufacturing.
• Requesting Sub-Assembly
• Aptiv part numbers and registering technical drawings and supplier part numbers in Aptiv Global GSD DB.
• Maintaining tracking of all Sub-Assembly
• part numbers to avoid creating several part numbers for same Sub-Assembly
• configurations.
• Supporting Manufacturing teams with alternatives and Sub-Assembly
• technical details.
• Filling out and submitting IQRF and DSR forms according to SCM requests for material global sourcing documentation fulfillment.
• Uploading for new components assembly manuals, product information, application data and storage manuals in Aptiv Global GSD DB requested from external suppliers with LOCOTO software.
