Quality Manager

About the Role

Popstation is redefining how fashion brands are built — from Discover to Design, Develop, and Deliver.

We are looking for a Quality Incharge who will oversee and ensure consistent product quality across all sampling and bulk production units. The role demands a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can uphold brand standards, train vendors, and ensure all shipments meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories before bulk production begins.
• Review tech packs, samples, and pre-production approvals to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections at vendor units.
• Identify defects, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain quality checklists, AQL reports, and communicate deviations proactively.
• Work closely with merchandisers, production teams, and vendors to ensure quality at every stage.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and finishing to align with brand and export standards.
• Build a feedback loop to improve vendor performance and consistency.
• Train factory teams and vendors on Popstation’s SOPs and quality standards.
