Job Opening : Center Manager – CULT Gym

Location : Hebbal, Bangalore

Experience Preferred : Candidates with prior experience in fitness centers or customer-facing roles

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Center Manager to lead operations at our CULT Gym centers located in Hebbal. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive center sales and meet monthly targets
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the center
• Manage the overall member experience and continuously implement improvements
• Oversee timely opening and closing of the center
• Handle inventory management including ordering and restocking of essentials (e.g., first-aid supplies, stationery, water, towels, etc.)
• Supervise class schedules and workout sessions
• Ensure punctuality and discipline among trainers and staff
• Address issues related to attendance, equipment, and space management
• Engage with walk-ins and prospective clients, providing information and converting leads
• Interact with members regularly and resolve queries or concerns effectively
• Collect and document feedback from clients and partners regarding classes and overall experience
• Proactively handle any issues that may impact the customer experience before, during, or after sessions
• Conduct regular audits of the center to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of all necessary supplies
