Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and expand its advisory business. This role involves end-to-end strategy ownership, client engagement, trade advisory, and coordination with internal teams and external brokers to deliver superior client experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive advisory business for the client Hedge Solutions platform, focusing on strategy development and client portfolio performance.
• Provide non-binding investment advice to clients and obtain necessary approvals before executing trades through brokers.
• Develop and refine investment strategies aligned with clients' risk profiles and portfolio objectives.
• Interact regularly with investors to discuss strategy, market views, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate closely with research, operations, and trading teams to ensure efficient implementation of investment ideas.
• Build and scale the advisory vertical by identifying opportunities and enhancing client experience.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal governance processes.

Additional Skills Required

Minimum Qualification : CA / CFA

Number of years of experience : 13-17 years

Experience : (Specific to any organization) Fund Advisory, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Strategy Development
