We are seeking an accomplished Head of Operations & Sales to lead a premium catering business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury 5-star hotels, banquets / events, F&B service, or catering operations, with proven leadership in both sales and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring flawless service for luxury weddings, corporate events, and large-scale banquets.
• Drive business development and sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage strong client relationships with corporates, HNIs, and event planners.
• Lead cross-functional teams across F&B, service, and logistics to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Implement best practices in quality control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and design strategies to grow the catering business.
