Contract Drafting & Review : Prepare, review, and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and IT, Digital agreements. Negotiation Support : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate contract terms that protect the company’s interests. Contract Lifecycle Management : Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones (renewals, expiries, obligations), and ensure timely execution and compliance. Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Identify potential legal risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies. Compliance & Governance : Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to align contract terms with operational needs. Template & Process Optimization : Develop and maintain standard contract templates and improve contract management processes for efficiency and consistency. Reporting & Documentation : Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for senior management.
