Job description

Job Title : Civil Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • PPM (Procurement & Project Management) :

Support end-to-end procurement and project lifecycle for client assignments.

Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely execution.

  • Contract Management :
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

    Track key contractual obligations, risks, and renewal timelines.

    Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and client expectations.

  • Rate Analysis & Costing :
  • Perform detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, and variance assessment.

    Benchmark vendor quotations against industry standards.

    Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

  • Benchmarking & Market Intelligence :
  • Conduct periodic market research for material, services, and project costs.

    Develop benchmarking reports for client presentations.

    Build internal databases for cost comparisons and vendor performance.

  • Client & Vendor Coordination :
  • Liaise with clients for PPM reporting and project updates.

    Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

    Qualifications : B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Postgraduate degree in Contracts Management
