Job Title : Civil Contract Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Support end-to-end procurement and project lifecycle for client assignments.
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely execution.
Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Track key contractual obligations, risks, and renewal timelines.
Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and client expectations.
Perform detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, and variance assessment.
Benchmark vendor quotations against industry standards.
Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Conduct periodic market research for material, services, and project costs.
Develop benchmarking reports for client presentations.
Build internal databases for cost comparisons and vendor performance.
Liaise with clients for PPM reporting and project updates.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Qualifications : B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Postgraduate degree in Contracts Management
