Role Overview :
As a Sales Business Development Manager at Cosnet, you will be responsible for driving sales
growth through strategic business development initiatives. This role requires cultivating
long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and proposing tailored
solutions to meet client needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful execution and delivery of services. The role demands a results-oriented, motivated
individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Identify New Business Opportunities : Lead the charge in generating new business leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach to potential clients in the tech sector.
- Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and execute strategies that will meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth of the company in competitive markets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions based on their unique business needs.
- Market Research and Analysis : Stay on top of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market shifts to position Cosnet’s offerings in the best possible light.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with clients, ensure proper alignment with business goals, and close deals that benefit both the client and Cosnet.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and present compelling solutions that meet client requirements
- Networking & Industry Presence : Represent Cosnet at industry events, conferences, an networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
- Should have a good network with prospects / contacts - North America, EU, UK and Middle East
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. AnMBA is a plus.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in sales / business development, preferablywithin the tech or IT industry.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the technology sector, trends, and customerneeds.
Skills :
Strong communication (English), negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.Proficient in CRM tools, Sales Navigator / Linkedin, email marketing, Oddo and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
Ability to build relationships and propose customized solutions to clients.Attributes :
