Responsibilities in the HR Domain :

Handle recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement

Maintain HR policies, attendance & payroll records

Support performance appraisals and employee relations

Coordinate training & development activities

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management

1–3 years of HR experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Responsibilities in the Accountant Domain :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Prepare financial statements, invoices & reports

Assist in budgeting and financial planning

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance

1–3 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in Tally / Excel / accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
