About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to architect and build scalable distributed systems and complex data pipelines. You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, shape our backend architecture, and drive high-impact technical initiatives. What you will do :

• Lead the design & implementation of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines and optimize system performance.
• Drive infrastructure automation with Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD / Flux), and cloud-native practices.
• Oversee monitoring & observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing.
• Mentor and manage a team of 5–8 engineers — fostering growth, leading sprints, and improving delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define roadmaps and lead major architectural decisions.
