About the Role

Technical Architect will play a crucial role in the implementation of banking products, leveraging modern technologies and ensuring customer satisfaction through process improvements.

Responsibilities

Should possess strong technical and functional background and understanding of Banking product implementation.

Deep Expertise in cloud-native architecture, infrastructure design, and DevOps Practices.

Should leverage modern technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration, and microservices architecture.

Implement process improvement initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.

Manages Cost and Budgets.

Addresses and solves conflict resolution.

Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in large programs.

Experience

08 to 12 years of experience.

Required Skills

Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies.

Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding.

Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices.

Proficiency with Apache Kafka.

Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools along with hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.

Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services.

Good analytical abilities.

Good Communication skills.

Awesome team management skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and / or payments) would be an added advantage.

Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST.

Identifies critical risks and classifies them based on criticality and works towards the mitigation plan.

Identification of backup plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.

Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies.

Conducts architecture reviews, code reviews, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.

Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical).

Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders.

Responsible for Lifecycle Management activity for tech stack for TCS BaNCS and also responsible for any technology & Infrastructure upgrade.
